Things went very well and they staff was helpful in providing clear answers to all of our questions and they especially made a point to get us to ask every question we had.  They never seemed annoyed by any question and that was refreshing because it has not been our experience during our search for better care for my Mom.  They were competitively priced and I felt the most comfortable with them by far.  In the end we used another location of theirs but I wouldn't have a problem using this location.  If you are looking for this kind of service, you need to get their information.

Everything went great during my consultation.  Empathetic, patient, and dedicated is how I would describe this company.  My Dad down in started "slipping" and that led us to call. Really glad we did.  Helped us work with his long-term care insurance company, which later picked up most of the cost (yay!).  That was the biggest point for us, since it can be so confusing to follow sometimes.  The only reason I didn't have them provide a service is because I used a different location in the end that was much more convenient.  I just want people to know that there are people who will help you with such difficult decisions in a way that is fair and honest.  That feels good.
