Diane Smith of Diane Smith Décor, in North Palm Beach, Florida was delightful to work with. Diane guided me in the selection of material and shade style, for ceiling to floor shades, for my three sided enclosed terrace. Diane and her associates were polite and professional. The shades were made in a timely manner, and the installers were terrific. Diane did exactly what she said, and when she said things would happen, they did. Diane recommended an upgraded lift/control which makes raising these long shades easy, and I can't believe how much heat they keep out. I am extremely happy with my new shades and her price was similar to other estimates that did not offer the person service. I will recommend Diane to everyone!!! Thank you. Merle Tausig
