Quite nicely - your site does not specifically have a "solar water heater repair" category. On my second try with your site, Jim from Broward Solar called immediately, is quite knowledgeable and did not over promise. Told me he would look at the scheduling and set something up as soon as he could. Next day, he called and Keith and Garrett arrived when Jim promised and they were very good representatives of Broward Solar. They were courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and explained what needed to be done and did it to my satisfaction. Has been repaired now for about two weeks and quite frankly, I won't allow anyone else come to my home for this category. I asked for the company's sticker to be placed on the storage tank, so I know how to get in touch with them.

We’ve had the same system since we bought the house 22 years ago. We started to have a problem and called Jim. He came out promptly and diagnosed the problem. We will need to replace the system in time but for now he switched it to electric. When we’re ready to replace the system we will definitely call Jim. He was professional and fair and helpful.

They did everything as expected and only fixed what was broken and did not try to upsell. I have used them for several years and they always do a good job. I have avoided service calls where they provide free advice over the phone for simple things that other companies would charge a service to do something simple.

Jim met me at another house to explain options with regard to a remodel project. We discussed options and did not use him for that particular remodel, however, also discussed a home in Delray we were also remodeling. We scheduled the appointment for an estimate. Jim was punctual on both occasions and did communicate well. There was a time limit as solar rebates from FPL were expiring. Jim did the work, got the inspections completed as well as providing all of the appropriate paperwork (and coaching me) to get the rebate which was a tight turn around. He is courteous, professional, honest (what he would or would not do) and the work was done correct.

We had a problem with our solar where we weren't getting enough hot water. Jim the owner came out and figured out that there was a problem with the valve. He installed a new check valve. We are very pleased with this company as we have used them before. They are a pleasure to do business with.

Or solar hot water system was installed by Broward Solar 25 years ago and has performed great, giving us all of the hot water that we could ever want. Recently we began having trouble with the system so I called Broward Solar and spoke to Jim Coryell, the owner. He made a special trip to our house to repair the system. He had no trouble diagnosing the problem to a faulty check valve. He is completely trustworthy and professional and he knows solar backwards and forwards. It is great to find an expert contractor/repairman that you can trust and will not over charge for his services. I highly recommend him to anyone requiring solar installation or repair.

Showed up at the appointment time. The installation was completed in the allotted time. Explained the operation of the system. The work looks beautiful. The pool heater works great. It was a pleasure dealing with Jim. I got exzctly what I ordered and paid for with no surprises. ,

Jim is a great guy and very honest.. He came out to review how best to correct the leaking solar unit on the roof. After that he offered to remove vmy old unit and install a used one and to provide a 3 year warranty. Understand he could have simply talked me into repacing everything at over 4x the price. When he ca,e to do the installation he even flushed out the water heater and all lines. He left both my roof and garage in clean shape. I would recommend Jim to anyone needing water heater repair or replacement.

Broward Solar contacted us very quickly when we reached out to them and left a message. Jim (who is the owner of the company, I believe) was on time, and very responsive to us. We scheduled a meeting and he called and showed up on time, which in Florida doesn't happen often. He was very professional and spent time discussing the options, and the details that we wanted to know. We knew that with a 20 year old water heater in our home (which was just purchased) that we were throwing money away every month, so we decided to make the long term commitment to change the water heater for a solar water heater and roof panel. Also, we understood that we would get a portion of the money spent as a tax credit when we file our taxes this year. The work was going to be scheduled after the town gave out the permit. We were waiting for the town to send an inspector to pass the permit, and the individual that dealt with permit issuing was on vacation for a week, so it took a bit longer to get the permit issued. The installation took most of a day to complete, which was expected and communicated. The towns inspector came 2 days later and the Permit passed with no problems or issues. They actually commended the work that the company had done. One of the many things with having this done, is that we don't even realize a difference with the new system, in regards to water temperature. We are looking forward to see what will hopefully be a 20% reduction in our Electric bill. Payoff for the work will take some time, but we planned on staying in our home for a very long time. So, for us this was a no brainer. We highly recommend Broward Solar, and plan on recommending them to anyone planning on replacing their water heater.

Jim (Owner) once again explained the work to be done, and how long it would take. As a back drop, Jim and Broward Solar did my "original" installation back in 1997, and has since done all my regular maintenance! Broward Solar reacts quickly, and takes care of any situation 100%. Since the panels were basically 18 years old, it was time to replace them.....The work was done quickly and efficiently, with the area neat and clean upon completion! Jim's pricing is superb and competitive, and he'll bend over backwards to help and get the job done! Good people!. I look forward to working with Jim and his crew again, and recommending him and his work to others!

We had a few companies provide quotes for a pool heater and Jim from Broward Solar seemed the most knowledgeable and trustworthy. He was punctual and had everything up and running in short order. He painted the pipes to blend in with the roof and walls, which turned out better than we had anticipated. We are very satisfied with the experience, and it is nice to have a warm pool!

I had previously had a leak in one of my solar panels. Jim came out within 24 hrs and repaired it for less than the estimate. I soon had another leak which was handled immediately, but was told that the 2 panels involved were problematic. Jim gave me various options for replacing some or all of my west facing panels. I elected to replace all five panels as Jim gave a 20 yr warranty, with the 1st 12 yrs 100% parts and labor. The man is great, he responds to phone calls and always comes when promised. Additionally after installing my south side panels he checked out my entire system (no charge) for leaks including the south facing panels installed on the by someone else 3 years ago for the previous owner. UPDATE: a week or two after the above was complete, I noticed a drip from the roof and I was having some difficulty with the heat sensor for the heater control. I called Jim and he came out later that same day on his way home and solved both problems. He then really surprised me by making the trip a no charge and thanking me for the big job last week. Both problems were not related to any work he had done here before, he's just nice.

I called to ask for an appointment for someone to come to my residence to give me an estimate for repair of my solar panel. We suspected that we had a blown pressure release valve. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Jim was willing to give me a ballpark estimate over the phone and offered to come to do the repair before the day ended. It was a very stormy day and he still kept the appointment and had the repair done in the midst of the rain before 5:00 pm for the $110 estimate that he had given me over the phone. He was very kind and very thorough. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing solar panel work. He went above the call of duty to do the repair in the rain; the cost was affordable and the repair is guaranteed for a year!

Bill was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. we were dealing with another company that wanted to sell us the moon and the stars. Bill look at our water solar, went on our roof to inspect it and gave us 2 options on how we could replace it. we have contacted Bill to hire him to do the work.

Jim was very professional, friendly and prompt. Broward Solar's main focus is solar pool and hot water heating, but he recommended a company that does provide solar electric services. We don't have a pool, but when our hot water heater dies, we will definitely call Jim. The company he recommended was also professional, friendly and prompt.
