They are a big furniture company and a big chain.  One of the chairs was damaged and they immediately replaced it with a new chair, even though I didn’t see the damage for weeks.  They came and got the bad chair, and brought me a new one.  I think they were very good and the service was excellent.  They had a good price.  I shopped around before I bought them. I’m very happy with the quality.  They responded immediately when I had a complaint.  They were on time. They were excellent all the way around.  I would absolutely use them again in the future.
