AAA AIR CONDITIONING & REFRIGERATION

Kept going outside to smoke cigarettes and talk on the phone.  Didn't take the back of the refrigerator off.

Tech was late and all went well until the bill was presented to my renter.  The renter tried to reach me but I was out of town so the renter just paid the over-charged bill.

upon moving into my new home I discovered that my refrigerator and my water heater were both DEAD. I went directly to Angies list and call'd 3 companies based on their reports & ratings.  AAA was the quickest responce and price quote for inspection. Within 3 hrs of my phone call, a wonderful gentleman came out, fixed my fridge, advs'd me to purchase a new water heater and gave me some great advise on my other questions. Such a pleasant expericence

I feared that the compressor had shut down and I would have to buy a new refrigerator. Jimi, the tech, came about 2 hours after I called, told me it was a part he could replace not the compressor.

He charged me $446.24 for a 20 minute call. I later found out that the part was worth $50. The refrigerator lasted for 1 day and blew out again. Called again and I waited over an hour after he said he'd be there, but he never showed up. In desperation, because all my food was melting, I called in another company who looked up the model, manufacturer, and serial numbers and found that the compressor was under warranty. I had to pay to have his generic part taken out and have the refrigerator rewired. All this plus the $446.24 that I had paid the day before. I wrote a certified letter to him asking that since he had done the wrong thing, I would gladly pay him $200 for his after hours call, but asked him to please refund $246.24 for the wrong part, and I would return the part to him. He did not respond. I had actually called AAA Appliance Service at their Jupiter number (561-747-9998) and they subcontracted this job out to him. This is a very bad company. Extremely bad.
