His name is Marc Middleton; he is so knowledgeable about the city. He is great for people that are just moving in here and who need to know whether they would fit in downtown or to fit in with Miami Beach or whether they would fit in with South Beach, he is great at that. He is the only realtor that showed me a variety of building. He is able to find a fine apartment for someone. He is exposed to social media and stuff like that so he very knowledgeable technically which can also be very helpful to gather information like if someone want to figure out what the best deal is, he would know. He is honest and if I had a question he was right there to answer it. He wants to work he wants to help people. He comes to your house and will have the papers ready for you, you don't have to go out of the way for him which is really nice as well. He is so nice and he is really good at follow up,and he is really good at contracts. His wife actually works with him and her name is Gina and nothing will pass her. She is a great legal person and she is very thorough. He is very punctual, he is usually 10 minutes early.
