I needed a reliable and caring person to help care for my aging mom who lives in the Miami area while I'm hundreds of miles away in Boston.  A friend referred me and I was immediately contacted after I left my initial message. Consumer Support Networks is reliable and I feel my mother is in good hands. It makes me feel so comfortable knowing I can count on them even though I'm this far away. They always send someone super friendly to spend time with my mother. My mother always reports having a good time whenever they send a companion over. They have gone to the movies, done banking, played bingo, and sometimes just stayed home.  They provide an awesome service and I will continue to use them...

They were bad and they stole my house. We had people come and clean and talk on the phone at the same time and that did not work out.

They did a good job. They were very clean, and they did everything very nice. I will use them again in the future.

There were no complications with them. When I called them the person who spoke to me was pleasant and the person who came was pleasant. They did everything I asked them to. They worked out the price as well. I am happy with their work.

You don t pay any individual, you pay a company. They are bonded and insured. They do a background check on the employees. They cleaned so well. They came in one day, and we asked them immediately to get a service agreement. It is all wonderful.
