The owners of Miami Quality Painting Inc., William and Ana,made a favorable impression from the start. Their estimate for the job was comparable to that of other companies we interviewed.
Ana, herself a professional artist, was very knowledgeable and helpful in terms of the selection of suitable colors.
The work began promptly each day. Ana and William's careful planning helped them to work seamlessly, giving a minimal sense of disorder in our home. Their professionalism was apparent through their care for our furnishings and their frequent sweeping and vacuuming any residue of their scraping.
Miami Quality is a very suitable name for this company since the quality of the work is truly outstanding.
Whoever is interested in hiring William and Ana should plan at least two months ahead.

"We're sorry our agreed price was given a D. This project required a three day weekend before school started, with a crew of three, twenty door sets and two large hallways, many corner plaster repairs, considerable color changes and at least $650 in immediate material costs, whilst kids and congregation members roomed around our work space. we put in a total of 100 work hours with the remaining $1700 for labor, we accomplished the deadline, as well as bringing a D grade condition project to at least a B grade appearance. We have a saying " you can't dress mutton up as lamb" , for this project to end up as a highend quality would have taken a total renovation. For us it was a fill in and a discounted community favor. We actually had a great time meeting everyone , speaking french and sharing food. We did not mind taking time out to clean and help move lockers ,tables and furniture ,in the spirit for the charming young kids who were excited to get back to school."

I have been holding this condo as a rental unit for 7 years and the original interior was badly worn. I had a separate company come in and do tile work. Then Ana and William came in to do their work. That was their first great suggestion. The tile company left the place much messier than I would have expected. In contrast, Ana and William left the place ready to show.
From my first contact with Ana she was extremely responsive and full of great suggestions with no feeling of being upsold on any of her ideas. She gave me some great pointers on which tile to choose after I decided I wanted to install a tile floor. I originally had them come in to paint the entire apartment including the ceiling and and the balcony which was unfinished concrete. Once work had started she suggested that I might want to think about painting the Kitchen cabinets. Again, she came across as genuinely helpful and not pushy or upselling. It was almost as if she read my mind. I had been in the unit after the tenant vacated and had already noticed that the color of the kitchen cabinets was not very nice. I could easily imagine with the beautiful new tile that this detail would stick out even more. Since the kitchen would be a focal point for buyers viewing the condo I decided to add that to the project and the results are quite striking. They used a translucent paint to change the color of the cabinets while still showing the wood grain.
Another beautiful touch was a specialty paint on the kitchen backsplash and front door. This turned out to really add a lot of value to the overall job. Throughout the job they sent me photos so I could see the transformation as it happened. My real estate broker reviewed the work after the job was complete and he told me that the place was left in immaculate condition and looked beautiful. I am so confident that I would feel the same that I canceled my return trip.
I knew that I was paying a premium price for Ana and William and I feel that I received a premium result that will help me achieve maximum sales price. I would hire them again for any project where I planned to live or I was preparing for sale.

On August 6, William and Ana were again on time. After removing the art from the walls they spent the day preparing the property. For instance, we had extensive wall damage done by two puppies with remarkable teeth. There were many other wall areas needing repair that weren't the puppies fault. It's amazing how much damage can afflict a wall that, after all, just stands there. Another item we never noticed were the ugly grout lines between our kitchen cabinets and the wall. In the afternoon, by the end of day one, they were gone. Before Ana and William left fo the day, Ana showed us paint color samples. We viewed them in multiple settings, and finally selected the colors we have now.
On August 7, the first order of business was covering work areas with clean drop clothes. Ana and William then spent the day mostly painting walls. William also painted the front door, assorted other door fronts and the air conditioner louvers. Ana vacuumed work areas thoroughly before leaving for the day.
On August 8, Ana carefully checked finished work and put markers on imperfect spots. She then went around and corrected the problems. William painted the bathroom ceiling, the backs of doors, and woodwork in the big bathroom. He also repaired a large picture frame, and reinstalled a complicated lamp on the kitchen ceiling. Meanwhile, back in the living room, Ana restored the finish on a large primitive art work. She left a sample of the product she used and showed me how to apply it in the future. Finally, William
and Ana replaced the art on the walls. They again vacuumed and replaced furniture exactly as it was. Within twenty minutes of William and Ana's departure, our condo looked as though it had always been perfect.

They were meticulous in their attention to detail throughout the job - which was originally just repairing the plaster and painting of the areas damaged by a roof leak. However, once i saw the quality of their work I started looking around for other things I could have them fix - which led to them painting our laundry room (a job I had intended to do myself).
They are perfectionists in their work - providing ample protection for the floors/furniture in the areas they were working in and fixing small items that were not on the agenda but which were in need of attention - i.e., caulking crown moulding.
I recommend them highly and intend to use them again for a couple of other painting related projects I have this summer.

They pressure treated the entire house and treated it with Simple Green, repaired irregular areas; filled holes, caulked, patched cracks. and removed old wires and "dishes" no longer in use, then primed the house. They were very responsive to my concerns at all stages of the project and did a fine job! William prepared a special color to frame my wooden front door. He prepared another to create a "kick plate" below that door.
They painted the house carefully. It looked beautiful when they were done. My burglar bars were also painted using blaack Rustoleum paint. The wooden trim in front of my house was painted as well, using a light brown color. The exterior of my back porch was painted as well.
These folks took extraordinary care in selecting just the right materials, colors, and completed all work in a thoughtful manner. I can't speak more highly about Miami Quality Painting Contractors Inc. They are artists!

We are new to Miami. We bought a condo that needed to be remodeled from top to bottom. Our GC did a great job until the finish (millwork and painting). After few months waiting for his painters, we decided to find somebody else. We went on Angie?s List and saw that Miami Quality Painting Contractors was highly recommended. We contacted them and Ana came the next day to evaluate the job. After accepting her bid, Ana and William spent a week making our place look like we were expecting. They fixed all the millwork issues and did a fantastic job painting.
There is a one more thing that they do which does not happen often with the subcontractors I dealt with here in Miami >>> There were always on time.
