Marco and his team were completely professional and this was the EASIEST thing I have ever had to deal with using a contractor in MIami.  Ever.  The guy was out to give the estimate the next day.  The price was about 1/2 what other places were charging.  He returned my calls promptly and answered short questions by text promptly (unbelievable - a contractor who answers the phone).  His crew was on time an they did a good job.  When the work needed a small adjustment, the workers were out there a day later for free.  I couldn't recommend highly enough.

They are fair on price. They did a very good job.

Very responsive, gave me a written quote and sketch design for irrigation plan.
Began work before schedule and completed the work in two days.
Crew left the work site clean.
Tested the system and added additional sprinkler heads when they noticed an area of the lawn not being thoroughly watered.

From the very first contact with their wonderful secretary MIlcy, everthing went smoothly. The owner, Marco Rosas, set up an appointment to evaluate the job and then sent me a quote which covered all the materials, labor and permits from the City of Miami Beach. We coordinated the work together and he explained exactly what they would do. On the set day the workmen arrived on time and worked quietly and efficiently. The foreman Roy was a true delight and all of the other men were fine people. The last day Roy demostrated how to use the timer and did a trial spinkling. After having so many mediocre experiences with companies in Miami, it was very refreshing to find an ethical and professional company with such fine staff.
As for pricing, I showed their estimate to two landscapers and both agreed it was a very honest price.
Lastly and very unusual for Miami, Milcy always answers the phone at the office and Marco always answers his cell.

These guys do a great job. About 8 or ten years ago they designed and installed a complete new irrigation system. Since that time I have had them come back every year or so to fix broken heads or to relocate heads to accommodate a new deck and landscaping changes. They show up, on time, are very professional and courteous. The owner is extremely responsive and the technicians are skilled in what they do.
