Rodent Pest Control Service
Someone from this company came to look around and give an estimate and to see where the rats were getting into my attic. I showed them how they were coming in which was through a connection near my outdoor AC unit. The next time they came they closed the hole and threw a few cheap traps in my attic. The guy also suggested adding rat poison blocks and threw several around my attic. He came to check my traps and there were Zero rats in those traps. There was also zero rats in the traps the third time they came to my house. However I did see one crawling around my kitchen. When I called them back to ask them when they were going to come and get the rats out of my attic they said that they already did the two callbacks and that if I wanted them to continue to come they would have to charge me more. I have it in writing that they guaranteed me that they would get all of the rats out of my attic. But that has not happened. I do not recommend this company and I suggest you look for somebody else because I paid $400 and they did Jack squat and now they want to charge me more to come and get the rats out of my attic that i already paid them to remove, and they did not. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT HONEST OR INTEGRAL. I am requesting a full refund because they did not do the job that they promised me that they would do.

"Good Morning, We never said that we would not return to fix your problem. In fact, we had a technician out to your home this morning "07/16/24" as agreed upon yesterday, to try and find any additional causes to where we would see the continuation of this issue, as stated we would with our guarantee, and he received no response at the door. We never attempted to charge you anything additional to have this service completed for you, we had told you we would not be able to issue you a refund as we have already done the service. It sometimes takes more time to find the root of one issue, as opposed to another, and each job is different, which is why we offer our guarantee. Our technician also recommended the removal of the dog food that is spread throughout your home, as this provides nutrients to the rodents, and could be why you are not seeing progress with our treatment. We have attempted to communicate multiple times, and have been unsuccessful. We apologize if you are unsatisfied, however, we rely on communication from our customers to ensure you are seeing the best results. If you would like to have us come back out and remedy this, please give us a call at 305-681-8822."

Iâ ve worked with many pest control companies and Active Pest. Control is the most reliable, cost efficient, knowledgeable and just overall the best. They overly communicate which I love. They discuss pricing and process before the job begins to ensure we agree. They have wonderful techs, very friendly staff and whatever they do it works. Most jobs have a warranty. Which is never really needed since they come in , do the job right and leave. They are great with our guests, residents and staff. They are always on time and are dressed professionally. Weâ ve used them for many different services some of them being plant and tree treatment, termites, monthly maintenance. Rodent control. The technicians are trained very well. Yvonne is a rockstar, professional, courteous and has a sense of urgency and understands what I need. Hands down, I fully recommend Active Pest Control.
