 + 3 moreThis is one of the best experiences I've ever had with a GC. They were prompt, professional and cleaned up after themselves every day they were here. They gave me a great price and even added a drain from the balcony for runoff. Very impressed with the whole team. Cannot say enough about them! Thanks guys!
Description of Work: repaired my balcony. Previous owner installed tile floor with no sealer which leaked to the balcony below. This included ripping up old tile and sealing floor and new tile installed, and even repairing the screens around it.

 + 3 moreFANTASTIC! Even with the hurricane that came through right before, and many additional jobs they received because of it, they got to me right away. Their workers are not only on time, hard working, and courteous, they cleaned everything before they left, which was a nice surprise. They did more than what was quoted and did it with a smile. THIS is what dealing with a professional should be like.
Description of Work: They had to rip up and repair the floor of my balcony, because it rotted the roof of the balcony below mine. The previous owner did a DIY job on the balcony, and never sealed/weatherproofed the tile he laid down, so it caused tremendous damage. In addition to that, they came in and repaired some of the rotten wood around the balcony, and replaced almost all of the screens as well, none of which was even in the quote. Being a South Florida native, I've seen my share of shoddy Contractor work, and I will never use anyone else. I cannot praise them enough!

 + 3 moreMy guest bathroom was old, dated, and I hired them to remodel it. They remove all shower tiles, floor bathroom shower, rebuild a new shower pan, install new wall boards, tiles in shower areas and bathroom floor. Also they install all my new bathroom fixtures and accessories. Final painting also. Definitely a company to recommend, accountable, the team was nice and clean. Always came on time and I think price was very reasonable.
Description of Work: Remodel my guest bathroom completely. New flooring, new shower tiles, install new bathroom fixtures and lighting.
