Marjan and his son tiled our front porch and we couldn't be happier. He is a true craftsman, and did an incredibly fine job. I'm a perfectionist and Marjan's work is better than I could have imagined. He paid attention to every detail, taking extra precautions to fix a crack in the concrete to ensure that the tile will not crack years from now. The concrete was not level, and Marjan leveled it perfectly, linking up the seams in the tile with the seams in the concrete slabs to further ensure that tile will not crack. The tile is perfectly spaced, perfectly in line, and looks very professional. He removed the old molding and put new molding that looks much nicer than before. He and his son worked very well together, working 7 business days to ensure that the job was completed to perfection. They are such nice people, incredibly hard workers, showed up right on time every day, and cleaned up nicely after each day's work. I highly recommend Marjan and promise you will be very pleased with his work!

Marjal tiled our front porch and we couldn’t be happier. It looks incredible. We asked for a quote and he came over the same day. He started the project that week and was done in 3 days. In Miami, it’s hard to find a reliable, professional company that finishes in a timely manner but I found it with Iliria and Marjan. We are very pleased with the floor installation service provided by Marjan. We hired them to change the floors of the house. He provided good advice, fair pricing and customer service. He presented all costs clearly in advance so we didn�t have any surprises, not cheap but I would say fair. He also provided good advice on the options for buying, installation, etc. More important than all is that he was making sure throughout the demolition, installation and finish that we are satisfied with the job provided.
