I contacted the agency requesting a nanny. I had 3 kids including a newborn. The agency found somebody great in a matter of days. I was very happy with their service.

Batia sent me a few girls for an interview. All of them looked very nice and with a great resume with good references and experience. Their service is excellent! Ilana's Care agency is very well connected with responsible and qualified people to take care of your children and also clean your house. Batia (the manager) is offering personalized service. She always take the time to listen to you and try to take care of your needs. She will go above her time schedule just to try and help you to find the appropriate person. In January I was desperately looking to find a baby nurse as my nanny left me 3 weeks before I deliver my baby. If it was not for Batia I dont know what I would have done. She immediately sent me qualified people to interview, follow up after each interview and facilitated all talks between the nurse and my self. Its not the first time I have worked with Batia and I can totally guarantee for the excellent service level she and her team provide. Even if she does not have the appropriate person to introduce you she will try and find an intermediate solution, just to gain sometime until she can interview the person that will best qualify for you. In contrast to other agency's she does not take any % commission from the client apart an initial fixed fee of 100$.
