DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE COMPANY HAD AN OPEN PERMIT WITH THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH FOR ANOTHER JOB THAT WAS NOT CLOSED OUT, THE CITY WOULD NOT ISSUE A PERMIT FOR OUR JOB. IT TOOK ABOUT 5 WEEKS BEFORE THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED AND OUR PERMIT WAS ISSUED. THEN, THE SCHEDULED INSTALLER DID NOT SHOW UP ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS TO START AND WHEN I FINALLY SHOWED UP ON THE THIRD OCCASION, HE HAD NO PAPERWORK AND SPENT THE FIRST HALF DAY ON THE TELEPHONE MAKING SURE THAT HE WOULD BE PAID FOR THE JOB. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FINISHED IN FIVE DAYS BUT INSTEAD TOOK ALMOST NINE WORKING DAYS. ALL IN ALL, THE WORK WAS FAIRLY GOOD, zzz THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM IN DOING THE JOB LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED.

Quality of product was ok but installation team was sub contractors that damaged the floor during install, bad install in closets, did not use tiered install like in the rest of the room, just dropped the planks in as they where so they wouldn't have to cut them (saving time ruined the design). I only saw it weeks later, I called for someone to come and see it. Was told they would not as it was already too late. A year later I noticed they hid two full boxes of extra material in my garage ($300 worth). Called store and I requested a refund for the material. Sales person told me to get lost! Hung up phone on my wife and called her a female dog. Called head office where they apologized about the issue and told me they would look into it. Took them 5 weeks for a store manager to get back to me and tell me they were sending me a cheque for $30 for the material. Wow thank you!!! Never got it. Has been over a year!!!!! Use other companies, they are cheaper, honest and won't call your wife a female dog.

While the price was competitive, I was informed that the installers acted like they had just been released from jail or were on their way back in, as that they were either real gang members or pretend gang members. On their way out of the complex they apparently called one of the women in the building management office a racial epitaph. And the installation was second rate. So a revisit was scheduled with different installers I hoped, and what happened? After waiting for 4 hours with assurances that someone was coming, no one showed up. These guys are the very worst.

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Very professional sales and installation. I am very happy with the quality of carpet and installation. The sales person helped me select the best quality carpet and the installation service was prompt.

Very dissapointed.

Three (3) years later; I still love the carpeting, it has been easy to clean and has held up very nicely. I feel that this carpeting will hold it's quality appearance and comfort for years to come. Yes, I would buy from them again in the future.

They asked me to apply for the building permit, and did not tell me that I would have to wait for nearly an entire day at the city building with other contractors. I feel that this company should have filed by the paper work, as nearly all others do or given me the option to pay them to do it for me. They quoted a price for waterproofing the terrace, even though the city would not allow this. I had to negotiate a new price then. They also subcontracted out the work for the installation.

They were timely, professional and efficient! I would highly recommend this company!

I have a friend who works there and I dealt with him for everything, but the installation and he was great. The people who came to install the floor were unprofessional and did not do a good job. They were nice, but they just did not do a very good job of the work.

I needed the job done fairly quickly and was given an estimate and was told it could be done within the time frame that I needed it done. The workers showed up on time and were very professional. They finished the job in the time frame that was given and cleaned up after themselves. The total cost turned out to be a little lower than the estimate. They did an excellent job.

THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND DO EXCELLENT WORK IN THE CARPET LAYING INDUSTRY. THE COMPANY'S SERVICE PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL WHILE WE WERE PICKING OUT THE CARPET.
