My cousin took the vacuum in, so I don't have all the details. But the vacuum was ready when promised and the price was reasonable.

Steve was able to retrieve the small ball that was lodged in the power head/hose. And he only charged me $25. I thought that was very inexpensive considering how much time and effort it must have taken him. I will definitely keep using All Brand Vacuum Services.

I had a ten year old Eureka vacuum that was making a burning smell when in use, and the power nozzle wasn't working. I contacted All Brand Vacuum and they informed me that they would take a look and diagnose any problems for FREE. This alone made me go. The owner was very prompt in getting back to me and I was very confidant in his diagnosis. I ended trashing the old vacuum and purchasing a very high quality refurbished vacuum from him. He took a lot of time and explained the differences between various products and their quality. It was a great experience. I definitely recommend All Brand Vacuum.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY CHECKED OVER THE WHOLE THING TO MAKE SURE THAT THERE WERE NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH IT. IT WAS READY FOR ME TO PICK UP THE NEXT DAY. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEM.
