He was scheduled to arrive at 3pm, he showed at 2:55pm.  Immediately got to work and was done in about 30 mins.  He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable about dryers and cleaning them, He left me a reminder sticker and taught me how to know when it was time to have the dryer cleaned again.  I am a very picky consumer, but was very happy with Hector's Service.  I would definitely use this company again.

It was easy to schedule an appointment for a convenient day and time.
I was given a time frame of between 1-2 and called at around 1:20 and was told that they would be there in 15 minutes- and they were!  They got to work right away and located quickly the exit vent up on the roof.  I had not cleaned my dryer vent in a long time, so they removed a lot of lint.  He even showed my husband how much had accumulated under the dryer, near the electrical heating element, and explained that it really was a potential fire hazard.  Glad we got this done and by such a professional team!   It took them about 45-60 minutes to complete the job.  I will call them again and would be happy to recommend them to others.  Thanks guys!

Jorge vacuumed the laundry room floor and dusted the baseboards which hadn't been dusted since our changeout of the dryer 3 years ago. He hauled away debris and left the area tidier than it had been before. He repositioned the dryer and washer next to it, making sure that they both appeared evenly spaced and weren't blocking the exit to the garage. After he was finished, he affixed a sticker to the side of my dryer stating the date that he performed the work, since he gives a one-year guarantee (although he made a point of saying that no one has ever invoked the guarantee :) Would DEFINITELY recommend this provider to Angie's List clients.

This is the second time that this company cleaned my dryer vent. They did a great job the first time, almost two years earlier, so I didn't hesitate to call them again. I scheduled the appointment with Mr. Reyes and he and his partner showed up on time. His partner went up on the roof and pushed the lint down the vent. Mr. Reyes moved the dryer away from the wall and detached the dryer, which enabled him to collect all the lint from the vent. He vacuumed and cleaned up the lint, reattached the dryer and moved the dryer back into place. He checked and cleaned the dryer lint trap and turned on the dryer to make sure it was working properly. Mr. Reyes wrote down the date of service on his sticker on the inside of my cupboard door, to remind me of when to get my dryer vent cleaned in the future.
Mr. Reyes and his partner worked quickly and efficiently and everything went great. They are earnest, hardworking guys, and it was nice to see them again, knowing I could rely on them to do a good job based on my prior experience with them. I look forward to having them come back when it's time to get the dryer vent cleaned again. This company gets a page of happiness vote from me.

Great! Jorge came in and immediately went to work. He handled the vacuum in the condo while his partner was on the roof with a brush. His partner pushed the brush down the vent and rotated it with some sort of power tool. I saw the brush as it reached the vent at the dryer. It must have been a good 15 feet from the roof, through the vent and into the dryer. Jorge then cleaned the dryer lint compartment and tested the dryer.
All was done rather quickly and painless. I have no complaints!
