A definite 5 star experience ✨️ 👌. Stanley was friendly but very polite. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get to the root of my problem with no difficulty. He diagnosed that the problem was caused by someone who had incorrectly crossed some wires on the roof of the complex where I live. He contacted the maintenance manager and went to the roof with him so he could verify that the problem was not mine, but the complexes. He spent about 4 hours on the job to make sure that everything was right with my air conditioning. The best part about the encounter was that he was able to convince the board that the cost for the repair was their responsibility and they should pay for the repair. Stanley was recommended to me by my sister who had also used his services and has the same praises as me. I will definitely recommend Snow Flakes A/C to anyone who is looking for air-conditioning services. Victor Smith.
