Home Depot

We just had a door and window replaced, and we stupidly went to Home Depot, I absolutely would give them an F. We bought a door in May 24th to be exact, and it was just installed yesterday, they told me that the door was in stock, there would't be any problem getting the door installed, as soon as the paper work was processed through the city. The city processed it in June 30th to be exact, and the door was installed yesterday, because the home depot uses the company called J & G installation, and they booked 6 or more weeks out. I asked home depot why they couldn't use a different company to do the installation, because I honestly didn't want to wait from May to August, and they just gave me a bunch of bull. I will never buy anything through Home Depot again. What they charged me for installation, the whole thing, installing the door, the permit, and the door itself which was $200, the whole thing was over a thousand dollars. So I will absolutely never do that again. The installation guy, they were very nice and polite and all the good stuff, but waiting all that time, no way. They lied to me, because the guy told me it would be quicker than installing my window which was done in no time, so I would give them an F on that, because the guy lied to me. I called a few times, there are plenty of room to tell me what was going on and to speed things up, then I didn't get any word at all.
