Chad and Mannie explained clearly there approach and treatment. They were in our small townhouse more then 3 hours and Chad's motto of "Do it right "was clearly evident.

The service was outstanding and effective - the every-present South Florida bugs (ants and spiders) disappeared from our home and didn't start to return for a long time. The company's service was prompt, effective and professional. They were honest about the termite inspection too - we had some wood diggings on the floor that we thought were from termites, but the guy explained that they were from ants, not termites - had he told us they were from termites, we wouldn't have known any better and might have paid for unnecessary treatments. That kind of honesty is appreciated.

It went fine and it was a good price, but they didn't appear all that professional. The guy that came out had a trainee with him, and I got a brief communication of what was going to happen instead of a thorough explanation.

Chad came out and assessed our needs, then got to work right away. He is very professional and pleasant. Each time he's come out, he always does a thorough job and listens to my concerns.

This company is one of the best I've worked with! I was in the midst of a reflooring project, and discovered water damage and subterranean termites in the subfloor. I called the company owner, Chad, late in the afternoon, and he was very kind to come out to do an inspection the first thing in the morning next day. And because he understood I needed to get the termite problem treated ASAP to continue with my flooring project, he and his guy got to work on the same day! They were very thorough, detail-oriented, never cut corners, and just very friendly and professional all around! I hope my termite problem will never come back again, but I will hire this company again in a heartbeat!

It went smoothly. They came in as scheduled and completed on time. The associate, Chad, that I worked with went above and beyond to help with questions. He helped fix my fence so the tenting worked as designed. I am very happy with the overall experience and would highly recommend.

I usually spray once a month myself, but just having purchased the house I figured a pro would be best to start off.  They came in and sprayed inside and outside.  They didn't see any evidence the tiny livestock, a good thing.  But this is Florida, it's a constant battle.  Plus the house next to use was just updated and is in the process of being flipped so I wanted to make sure they weren't marshaling their forces there and then marching on my house.  Would use them again if I saw evidence of bugs.  Probably once a year spray would be good as well.
