The service was outstanding and effective - the every-present South Florida bugs (ants and spiders) disappeared from our home and didn't start to return for a long time. The company's service was prompt, effective and professional. They were honest about the termite inspection too - we had some wood diggings on the floor that we thought were from termites, but the guy explained that they were from ants, not termites - had he told us they were from termites, we wouldn't have known any better and might have paid for unnecessary treatments. That kind of honesty is appreciated.

It went fine and it was a good price, but they didn't appear all that professional. The guy that came out had a trainee with him, and I got a brief communication of what was going to happen instead of a thorough explanation.

Chad came out and assessed our needs, then got to work right away. He is very professional and pleasant. Each time he's come out, he always does a thorough job and listens to my concerns.

This was a $99 big deal purchase. I guess they were fine. The responsiveness was fine, good. For what I ended up doing I think the price was a little high. I could have done it myself for a lot less, I am sure. I think they were professional, if I remember it. I think they were on time, but I don't remember.

Wonderfully! These people do what they say. They were prompt, professional, thorough, well priced and did all the follow up they promised. Absolutely wonderful company. Chad and James make a good team, and I won't call any other pest control company!

This company is one of the best I've worked with! I was in the midst of a reflooring project, and discovered water damage and subterranean termites in the subfloor. I called the company owner, Chad, late in the afternoon, and he was very kind to come out to do an inspection the first thing in the morning next day. And because he understood I needed to get the termite problem treated ASAP to continue with my flooring project, he and his guy got to work on the same day! They were very thorough, detail-oriented, never cut corners, and just very friendly and professional all around! I hope my termite problem will never come back again, but I will hire this company again in a heartbeat!

It went smoothly. They came in as scheduled and completed on time. The associate, Chad, that I worked with went above and beyond to help with questions. He helped fix my fence so the tenting worked as designed. I am very happy with the overall experience and would highly recommend.

I usually spray once a month myself, but just having purchased the house I figured a pro would be best to start off. They came in and sprayed inside and outside. They didn't see any evidence the tiny livestock, a good thing. But this is Florida, it's a constant battle. Plus the house next to use was just updated and is in the process of being flipped so I wanted to make sure they weren't marshaling their forces there and then marching on my house. Would use them again if I saw evidence of bugs. Probably once a year spray would be good as well.

Arrived on time in a torrential rain storm to treat the inside & outside of the property..& they offered to come back to do the exterior rather than waste our money & have the treatment washed away. So that will actually work out more expensive for them but they did not hesitate to say it was the best option for us.

Went well. Chad and Jason did a great job. Chad was extremely flexible with his time and was even willing to come out at 7pm since I explained I needed the job done ASAP. Although I didn't make him do that, it speaks volumes on what he will do for his clients. They came by and checked every crevice and area of my home inside and out since I had an ant problem. They sprayed my home and focused on areas where these pests were localized. On top of that, I was concerned pests were destroying one of my palm trees and Chad gave me his input on what he believed was killing the palm, he checked the palm, and then went home emailed me a potential cause and resolution. You kidding me? He even gave me a competitive quote for that service so I can save my palm. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to control pests for a competitive costs. Great guys to deal with.

We hired Do It Right Termite & Pest Control after we purchased our new home. Chad was accommodating with our schedules, he was knowledgeable, prompt, and efficient. He gave us all the information we would possibly need and more in order to help us resolve the problem we were having! Their services are reasonably priced and their technicians are polite and know what they're doing. We'll use their services again.

After several quotes, a friend r1eferred us to Do It Right Termite and we're very glad we used them to treat our home. We discussed our needs with them and they quoted us a price comparable or better to the other guys. Chad came out the same week and treated our house inside and out, and he came back and followed up on the treatment at no cost. D.I.R.T were professional, friendly, and very informative. They answered our questions and explained the treatments they were performing. Should we have need of their services again, we will definitely give them a call.
