It was good enough. She seemed to think that we were too far from her home base to make sense. She was late getting here that day because it was too far, there was traffic. I asked her to give me an estimate for future cleanings and I never heard from her. She was extremely honest about the price.
It seems to me that if you are going to accept the introductory service you should be serious about wanting the person's business after. You arrange to do all this, then you have to start over finding someone.

She called me shortly after purchase to arrange date and time. 
Arrived on time on the scheduled day.
Cleaned the house as expected.

She spent over three hours cleaning and did a thorough job. She was neat, polite, professional and we were well pleased and will hire her again. We give her a AAA rating. 

 Sarah is a hard worker and is very polite and personable.  She does not chat on the phone as some previous cleaning people I've had in the past have done.. She worked around me and my work schedule (work from home) and was very polite about it. Sarah worked and cleaned the entire time she was in our home. I have asthma and allergies, so I provided the cleaning products that I know won't cause me a problem. When she got to the toilets, she asked if she could use bleach and I really appreciated the fact that she asked me first- before using a strong cleaning product.  Overall, I would recommend Sarah and will be using her on a monthly or bi-monthly basis to clean our home.

She worked very hard for 4 hours and did a thorough cleaning throughout the whole house. 

I knew that I would be having company on the 15th of April and I wanted my home to have a little extra sparkle. I purchased this $149 deal a couple of months ago for cleaning on April 13th. Sarah arrived pretty much on time and asked me for any specifics and I just asked her to polish the furniture, clean glass and mirrors, vacuum and wash the tile floors. She was here about 4 hours and kept busy for the whole time. I was quite pleased with the result and would hire her again.

She is punctual, efficient and very pleasant to work with.

I had purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for a Comprehensive Whole house cleaning for any size home.  When Sara got here to clean she asked what I wanted her to concentrate on during the four hour cleaning.  (The ad did not state four hours)  Any way Sara got right to work and cleaned the whole house in that time.  It looked and smelled really nice when she was finished.  Very polite and kept busy the entire time.

Best $$ I ever spent!  I've never had a cleaning service in my home before, and was uneasy about someone else cleaning my "dirt", but she made me feel so comfortable!  My house looks fantastic, and I am so happy!

Sarah did an awesome job! I have the very picky in-laws coming this week and I doubt they will be able to find anything wrong. After a long flight, we were very pleased that she showed up early and had the job done in a timely manner. I will definitely hire her for any future cleanings.
