 + -1 moreWe have an auto sweep so we get a discount on the monthly service charge. He checks the water and cleans the sides and always checks with us to see if we need anything else.
Description of Work: Weekly pool service. (Monthly bill is about $75. Tim our service tech is extremely polite and professional.

 + -1 moreThey've done a good job in keeping the pool right. They were really good about living a little tag saying what they had done and something is going on in the last couple of weeks, I'm not sure what, I guess I got to have to call them. The week before last, they're supposed to come on Tuesdays and they didn't show up until Wednesday, up until then, they have been really, really punctual about showing up on time. Everything else is great. For pricing, I'm not all that experienced in that stuff but I would say it's an A because they do include pool chemicals and that was costing every month for us to buy the, and not to worry about what we need to put in and all that stuff. I will use them again, they are supposed to come every week.
Description of Work: Pinch A Penny was where I was buying the supplies because I get back to them about complicated questions about it like what I should be putting in to get rid of various problems. They finally just said, for 70 bucks a month, we can take care of all of it and that includes all the chemicals so that was the end of that inquiry.
