Horrible. Kerri Hollihand pitiful representation to her profession. Negligent and incompetent.

My husband and I hired Kerry Hoolihan and Vision One Realty to manage our property, which was our primary residence that we rented out while we were living abroad from September 2009-October 2012. 
While they did a passable job of marketing the property to potential renters, Kerry advised us to set the rental price at a much lower rate than we ended up choosing. We needed a leasing agent who would be on top of things for us as we were literally in another country and unable to speak with renters, tour the property between renters or deal with issues that arose with the renters during their contracts. 
Kerry Hoolihan and Vision One did the absolute bare minimum to maintain our property during and between rental contracts. During the time we were gone we had an issue with the air conditioner and after Vision One failed to hire someone to fix the issue, we had to do it ourselves from a continent away. When we returned to our home after 3 years and paying over $5,000 to Vision One, our pristine property was utterly trashed, inside and out beyond basic rental damage and Kerry Hoolihan/Vision One did nothing to remediate any of the damage to our property through docking security deposits. I seriously doubt they ever toured the property at all.
I would never hire Kerry Hoolihan or Vision One for property management or realty services nor would I recommend them to anyone.
