Very nice

They came to look at my home for outside painting. I was in no way pressured by the consultant, in fact he immediately informed me that I did not need a paint job and he would put me in his tickler file for next year. I was impressed.

I set up an appointment with Richard Dietrich and we discussed two
options for my lanai. He mentioned that he would repair several pavers
and move the heavy furniture from the lanai. I received a contract
....added the items we had discussed and forwarded it to him for
signature and asked that he give me another estimate for the
driveway.....he never showed for the appointment, and then sent an email
indicating I should look for another contractor since they focus on
Collier county or service clients on a referral basis only. I was
referred.I spent a considerable amount of time with him discussing the
products and methods etc..He obviously had no intention of doing the job
as discussed. I would avoid him......he even boasted that he shows for
his appointments unlike other contractors!

This company had cleaned and sealed my driveway, lania and pool deck about 3 years ago. In Florida, this needs to be done every few years. I asked them for a quote, which was provided in a few days. Richard, the representative we worked with, was very professional and punctual. He measured and prepared a thorough quote. Mold had started to accumulate on the pool deck and he had a solution for that. He also assured us that they would pay special attention to make sure there was no clouding after the sealing coat dried. As it turned out, we had our pool cage power washed just before Tropic Seal did their work and the pool deck mold was eliminated. Richard reduced our fee since his company didn't need to do that work again. Nice.
