I had used them before and they were decent, so I called them, but got voice mail and had to leave a message. I waited two hours and called them back, had to leave a message again. I didn't receive a call back, so the next day, I called someone else.

Rick was willing to come to my house 2 hours after he was informed of my need to have the kitchen drain cleared; however, in our telephone conversation, this wonderful man patiently explained how I could clear it myself. Love this plumber who saved me $$$$ for a service call.

Called and spoke to Rick on Wednesday 06/13/2018 about having a kitchen sink faucet replaced. He gave me an approximate price range and said he could probably schedule me for Friday 06/15,and that he would confirm on Thursday. Since I hadn't heard from him by Thursday afternoon I called him and he said I was on for Friday and he would confirm in morning. I never heard from him since. It is now Monday 06/18. I can understand if he couldn't do the work or didn't want to, but a simple phone call would have been a common courtesy. I have just arranged for another plumber to do the work who happened to be pleasantly responsive.

"Very sorry. Sometimes we do get major emergencies and we are not able to follow up as well as we would hope. We specialize in emergency drain cleaning and major water problems. When we get a major emergency we get behind on our regular service business. We do our best to accommodate to all but it is often challenging."

If you have a significant sewer drain problem, this is the company to call in Southwest Florida. Highly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. They have a high level of expertise. There is a reason another (very good) plumber recommended this firm to us. The firm's name says it all.

They come with a huge machine on a trailer and blow out the pipe to the street. It works well. Have had no reoccurring problems since, and that was about 4 months ago. Their cost varies according to the job and they can give you and estaminet.
