I paid in advance (I know; a really bad thing to do) for special-order furniture. The order receipt stated that delivery would be 8 weeks or longer. It certainly was longer. After 9 months of pleading for either my furniture or money back, my credit card company saved the day by refunding my money. Watch out if you shop here.

This has been the worst buying experience I have ever had. The furniture sold by this company is custom; you pick any fabric you want for any style furniture. They place the order for you and it explains in the fine print on the invoice that furniture "will be available for delivery in 6 to 8 weeks or longer." "No cancellations, refunds or changes." I paid at the time of order - 12/02/2016, $1,695.90. Six months ago today. I still have no furniture, but the store still has my $1,695.90. I have called countless times and am always told "It really will be here soon." I got so angry a couple of months ago that the owner told me if the sleeper was not delivered by 4/7/2017 my money would be refunded. I actually drove to the store immediately when he said that, and he wrote it on the bottom of my invoice and signed his name. Of course when I showed up in the store on 4/18/2017 he simply said he couldn't do that. His name, and his promises, are worthless. I believe I'm partly to blame because I didn't investigate this man and his store before I gave him my money, but I hope as many people as possible read this and are warned away. If I could give him a lower rating than F, I would. His face should be in the dictionary beside the phrase, "Buyer Beware".
