The crew did great job

Very professional company.  The were easy to work with, on time and knew exactly what to do.  They power washed my roof and rinsed the entire house and pool patio.  The roof is white and extremely dirty.  Now it looks brand new.  I will definitely use them again.

Last Friday morning we left a voicemail with Smitty's, got a call back within a couple hours and had an in-house visit and written estimate before 5pm that same day.  As seasonal residents in our 4th winter in SW FL we didn't have a lot of knowledge about caring for the lanai, pool cage and exterior of the house which is a completely different situation than our northern home.  Smitty spent all the time we needed to explain what he could do, how it would be done and how often he recommended doing it.  We were impressed with his professionalism while still being very personable.  We had another service lined up but they couldn't come for about 6  weeks, and we didn't want to wait that long.  We also had another estimate scheduled, but we felt good about Smitty's pricing, and combined with the reviews here on Angie's List we decided to book him for the first available appointment.  We lucked out that they had the following Tuesday afternoon (today!) open.  They arrived two hours EARLIER than estimated, which was fine for us, and they were able to work around the HVAC guy who had come on short notice because our A/C wasn't working.  Smitty's two employees were friendly and worked hard, checked to be sure we had secured our dogs inside before they started, and double-checked the fence gates for doggie safety before leaving.  It took them about 3 hours to clean everything:  the exterior walls, soffits, windows and casings, screened entry, garage door, paved walkway, driveway, lanai and inside/outside of pool cage.  
We wish we could post before/after photos because the difference is like night and day.  The pool cage in particular looks almost brand new and everything else is so much cleaner we're a little embarrassed we didn't do this sooner.  While some paint was chipped away in the process, we have not updated the exterior paint since we bought the house and knew it was a shoddy job, so we were not at all surprised by this and it will be a quick and easy touch-up fix.  
We are rating Smitty's Pressure Cleaning with "A" marks in all five categories and would gladly give an A+ if we could.  We will absolutely call them next time and will not hesitate to recommend their services.  GREAT job and a great price too!

I called this morning after getting a notice about my driveway from my HOA. Smitty went there this afternoon and power washed the driveway and storm gutter in front of my house. My neighbor said it looks great.

They did a terrific job, better than I expected, and my place looks like it was just built. Will use them on a regular basis in the future.

Josh and his assistant, Junior, were punctual in arriving and discussed what they were going to do and got to work. When they were through they cleaned up after themselves and had me review the job. WOW!!!! I was so...impressed with how clean everything looked. The outside of the house looked like it had been freshly painted. What was so amazing was the pool cage. I have an old pool cage that had been neglected for years, lots of mildew and dirt. Josh was very thorough and patient going over and over the cross bars until you could see the silver color again. I won't say it looked new because that would be an exaggeration, but it looked much better than I thought it ever could. The windows were washed as well but I went back over them to remove some streaks.
I will definitely call Smitty's Pressure Cleaning again. I will not put off the pressure cleaning again. It makes such a difference it will be part of my maintenance plan. Thanks again to Louis, Josh and Junior for a spectacular job.

WOW! I had no idea what color my tile roof really is until Smitty's Pressure Cleaning showed up! It went from black to a pastel shade of terra cotta in no time. I was absolutely amazed by the precision and careful techniques by which the roof was cleaned. I'll bet it looks better than new.
Lois Smith energetically answered my phone call directly the first time I called. He had a complete written estimate for the work requested on my doorstep two days later. I called Louis the beginning of August, but requested he not do the job before the 15th. August 16th, 8:00am, Clinton and Joshua showed up smiling and ready to work! You see...Smitty's is a family operation. Dad Louis manages the show, and sons Clinton and Joshua show up to do the work. Your going to love them! When they left my house six hours later, everything was sparkling!

They arrived when the said they would be here. They did a wonderful job and were very nice.

The provider was very professional. He came and geva me an estimate and explained all that they do before he actually did the work. They moved my plants, furniture, cleaned the furniture as well as the marble rock in my little stone garden. I could not be happier. Everything is shinig., literally. The walls of the house shine as does the lanai. Both are white and had mold on some parts of the walls and lanai so seeing it sparkle white again was a real joy. I am very pleased and would recommend them to everyone. They take time and pay great attention to detail.

The owner/father came out to give me an estimate, very honest and timely. Date was set, they called to confirm appointment the evening before. Showed up promptly, very thorough cleaning. Looks fantastic. I plan on using them again without a doubt.

I met with Louis, the father, and he was immediately likeable and honest and put me at ease. He told me the roof should be cleaned about every 4 years (if I remember correctly!). Our roof had not been cleaned for much longer than that as we were always concerned that tiles might be damaged. There was a lot of mould on the roof. The price seemed to be on the high side but we decided to go ahead.
Smitty arrived when he said he would and brought his son with him. The job was very professionally done and completed in the precise time we were told to expect.
The results were nothing short of AMAZING. Everything about Smittys is perfect. They are the best tradesmen we have ever had dealings with. We have been in this home for 15 years. Wish we had enjoyed his services sooner. I recommend him strongly.
It is now one year on, November 2012 and our roof still looks like new. We are going to call Smittys to have the pool deck cleaned although it still looks pretty good. Our pool deck is river rock and when they cleaned it last year with their special machinery, it looked better than new.
I wrote on the back of his business card, one year ago, Nov 2011 "10 out of 10" "The very best job ever" "Highly recommended".
Hopefully Angie's List will assist with finding people as good as these in other fields.

The result is that our Our 7 yr. old house looks like new!! We highly recommend this father and sons team and will definitely be repeat customers.

He got here promptly on the date scheduled and at the time scheduled. He did an excellent job of removing all the dirt, algae, and grime from all surfaces and even cleaned some surfaces he didnt have to. He was courteous and professional, and charged us exactly what he had quoted in the free estimate he given us a few days prior. We are very happy with the results and will certainly call him again the next time.

This is the second time I have hired Smitty's service. The owner is always very prompt and professional with his estimates, and he and his sons perform the work. They have been willing to add in the occasional stuff you forget to put in the estimate and they do an excellent overall job, as meticulous as this kind of work can be.
