Did a great job

Very very well. He and his assistant were punctual, and they worked really fast -- no padding the hours with these guys! Very knowledgeable and honest, which is a rarity in this area.

Bob was not on time, He Was Early! (When was the last time THAT ever happened?!) I showed him what I thought was a leak. It wasn't, but it was a sign there was a leak or something wrong somewhere else down the line. He walked the property, turning on the zones as needed and found the problem. Not one, but two breaks in the line where I had some new plantings put in. He fixed those and then found another head that wasn't performing and fixed that. While we were waiting for the glue stuff to set up he adjusted the one sprinkler head I had attempted to fix myself. All of this was done with little waste of time. He was even pleasant in spite of taking a spraying of mud in the face while fixing the double leak near my new plantings. You may be able to find someone cheaper, but I doubt you will be able to find someone better! Fixing the one head that wasn't working right was not just a matter of changing it out for another, one had to know how many gallons of pressure for the zone load at the end of the line (hope I said that right). Too much  and the heads further out won't work as well.  All of which goes to point out the experience level you receive when you call Small Irrigation.

The best part about this is there was no mess, you could not even tell he was there.

Bob Small came to my house within a couple of hours of my initial call to him. He was quickly able to figure out the problem with my irrigation system and get it running again, and also repaired some sprinkler heads. I was very grateful he was able to make the service call so quickly as I was concerned about the condition of my lawn.

Vendor was on time with all necessary parts.  New system was installed and tested.  Went over the timer for the system and gave me a manual for same.  Was very satisfied with the job and would have him back again.

Bob returned my call the same day and came over the next morning.  Immediately he found both solenoids were bad and replaced them.  Then he found the controller was bad - I believe the system had been hit by lightning.  He said he would install a new inexpensive controller if I wished to pick one up, or he would install a commercial grade Rainbird with a 1 year warranty if I wanted to upgrade.  He installed the Rainbird then serviced the remainder of the system, replacing/repairing and adjusting heads as necessary.

Extremely pleased with service.  Mr. Small is now my go to man for irrigation issues.

Bob and his guy showed up and looked things over (I wanted to make sure my lawn was getting proper water coverage from the sprinklers.) They suggested they moved a sprinkler head and I went with their recommendation. They did a nice job.

Bob and Howard came yesterday and gave me a good estimate. The did the work today in record time. I am entirely satisfied with everything.

They were punctual, courteous, and professional.  Mr. Small repaired our system and it's working properly.  Major plus, Mr. Small had the equipment and tools with him to complete the repair.
