The first visit they threw all of the coconuts in the vacant field behind my house instead of taking them to the road like they were instructed. The city would not mow the field and I had to go and pick up all of the coconuts. I would not have used them again, but they left a note on my door that they had trimmed my trees before and I thought that it was the company that I had used after them who did an excellent job. So I called and they came back again. I remembered them and was cautious to watch what they were doing. This time I stayed with them as much as I could. There were guys working in both the front and the back of the house. The one working in the back, ripped the top of my pool cage and then told me that it was like that already. I know the top of my pool cage was not ripped as I had just had it repaired a few months before. I told the owner Cecil and he said 'no it was ripped already'. My boyfriend then came to the house and I told him what was happening and he knew that the pool cage was not ripped. He asked me how much it was going to be to have it repaired and told me to write the check minus this amount. My boyfriend took care of the payment and told them that was all they were getting and not to come back. I will never use this company again.

My experience was almost identical to previous report. He dropped in and I hired him. His men did okay work, but left the branches etc unbundled, and the county did not pick it up. I called 3 different days, and he said he'd be here to pick it up, but never came. Also, he asked for check made to cash; he had no business card, but gave me a license number (05504452) which I now question.Never again!!!

He dropped in without appointment and offered to give me an estimate. Since he had been working for a respected neighbor,I foolishly accepted, and he set his aides to work while he went to the bank to deposit my pre-paid check. When he returned, he left the debris to be picked up by the county, and when I told him it had to be tied, he said that it did not. The county left it tagged that it had to be tied, and it took 4 phone calls and 6 days for him to pick it up before the next county pick-up. The job itself was mostly satisfactory, with some trees underdone and a lemon tree over-pruned.
