I called about a leak at my 84 year old mothers home. Pam told me that the price would-be $95 per hour. Plumber was there for about 1 hour. The plumber gave me a $285 bill. When I suggested that I was told $95 per hour the plumber called Pam. Pam became belligerent and said she would adjust the bill, but that she would flag my 84 year old mothers address to never do work there again. Wow, threatening an old woman. Nice job Pam. The plumber did and excellent job and was very apologetic for the misunderstanding. I was a general contractor in MN for 20 years and I have never seen such bate and switch and an unprofessional attitude. If Pam worked for me I would fire her.

They showed up on time as promised. They had promised to bring 8 people and they did. They promised to finish the job on the same day. Everything ran very smoothly. They are very professional. It has been 6 months. Not a single problem. I would definitely hire them again.

We are happy with the faucets and shower unit installations. I did not rate them as excellent overall because of a seeming lack of industry knowledge of standard installation heights for things like the towel bars, toilet paper holders, and robe hooks. I realize you can customize, but when I was asked where I wanted these items installed and asked them what the standard heights/placements were, they said there were no standard or recommended heights. A simple google search provided that to me after the fact, and with use, I realize everything was installed higher than it should have been. I feel the young men were somewhat inexperienced, which also made the job take longer than anticipated (they had to come back a second day) which made it much more expensive than anticipated as well.

It was a pleasure to work with them. They took care of everything. I'm so glad i knew them. They did excellent job.

These guys are the only plumbers I'll be hiring. They are very friendly, professional, and very reasonably priced. I worked in the plumbing department at Home Depot for 6 years. I have done some plumbing myself as well. I wanted highly reputable plumbers to do what is nearly half of a repipe in my home. A couple people had recommended that I use Schubert Plumbing. My stepdad who had his whole house repiped and my electrical contractor also recommended Schubert Plumbing. I'm happy I used these guys and I will use them for any future jobs I have. I'd highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a plumber!

I contacted Schubert Plumbing about a hot water tank that was not working. I was given the option of same day service, or an appointment the following day. I chose the later. They contacted the company who manufactured the tank to find out if it was still under warranty. What great customer service! Sadly the warranty ran out 4 months ago. Collin Schubert called to let me know when he would arrive, again treating the customer with respect. He checked to see if repairs could be done before he just replaced the tank. He gave us our options, and we chose the cost savings repair. He even tightened up a kitchen faucet for us! This is a family owned business, that was very professional (even down to their company van), and has fantastic customer service.

Called the office and explained what work was needed. They scheduled an appointment that was convenient for us, showed up on time and changed out the bolts.

Get job. Arrived on time, replaced existing faucet. Cleaned up.

All experiences have been outstanding. Both service men we've had, Doug and Brian, were very professional, honest and courteous, They were on time and efficient. We gladly recommend this co.

Absolutely top rate business. Lawrence (owner) is extremely responsive. He and his team that came in my apartment answered all questions and were very professional. No question or concern was too small.
As a single woman new to Fort Myers, I appreciated feeling that he and quot;had my backand quot; and was/is looking out for my best interest. I did not have a general contractor and Lawrence seemed to always ask the right questions to ensure the items I bought were going to be appropriate when he/his team got there for the installation. He also proactively gave options as to where the shower hardware could be placed...I think anyone else would have put this is the and quot;standardand quot; location.
I had him evaluate and prioritize what should be done to update my 40 year old condo. Never did I feel that he said something just to get more money out of me or use scare tactics. I can't say that about everyone who gave an estimate/recommendation!
I am really happy to have Lawrence and his team at Schubert as my plumbers and highly recommend this business.

The team showed up as scheduled and completed all of the work, as promised. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous and efficient. We would definitely recommend this company.

UPDATE: At the time of the original service, Mr. Schubert stated that he would come back and hook up our dump sink in the garage as soon as we notified him that we had put up the drywall in that area. We finished the drywall some time ago, but we completely forgot to call him to let him know the work was done.

I emailed him 10 months later and asked if he was still willing to come and complete the work. He called me a couple of days later and sent someone to hook up the dump sink the next day. I am very happy and impressed with this company. We will be using them again for future plumbing projects and would definitely recommend them!

Gave estimate, back in a few days to do the job, had a minor problem with the leak under the sink, returned to fix it again--no problems. Mr. Schubert was professional and did the job he promised at a fair price.

Schubert plumbing was prompt and efficient with every appointment that he kept. The remodeling job was more extensive than originally determined and Schubert plumbing had to fix two (2) toilet shut-off valves, a toilet flushing mechanism and install a new toilet in addition to installing the diverter and digging out a new shower drain.. He, Lawrence and his assistant (son), returned to my residence on three different occasions to complete the job. All the work was done professionally and quickly. They, also, cleaned up, after finishing and took the time to explain the extent of their work. Schubert plumbing was neat, in appearance and courteous, at all times. I would recommend Schubert Plumbing to anyone, for remodeling and plumbing repair work.

Mr. Schubert was very prompt. He arrived on time and worked efficiently to keep the total cost down. He even suggested that I could contact Moen to get a free replacement part ($50 value). No other plumber suggested this! I contacted Moen, unfortunately, I couldn't wait for the part to arrive. I will certainly call him again and highly recommend him..

There was a lot of work done. The gentleman that did my tile work recommended them and I had been using him on a regular basis. Loren Schubert and his helpers came and they did a good job. They were very professional. They did good work and I didn't have any problems. The price was fair.

Everything went great! He was there when he said he would be for the 3 jobs that he did for us. He was very clean and very pleasant to work with. His work performed was excellent and very professional.
