still in process since they refuse to address the faulty workmanship or materials they used on the jobsite. They come up with excuses or just want the homeowner to agree to cover up their mistakes that they admit are wrong but then insist to solve it by covering them up. We just wanted want the contract stated and it didn't call for damaged materials or nonprofessionals installing it incorrectly. Other people in the same area are all going thru same thing. It seems they use the hurricane as an excuse for poor workmanship and poor work ethics. Totally unacceptable and needs to be addressed. How a final inspection can pass is my real question here??? Whats really going on?
