I've hired QVS twice in the last three years and both times received outstanding service. John has always responded to my calls promptly, arrived on time, and his pricing is very reasonable. In fact during this last appointment he came out, inspected a roof for me, provided a detailed recommendation on how to remedy the damage, and did not even charge for the visit. I give QVS Roofing and John my highest recommendation. If you need an honest opinion about the state of your roof and if it should be repaired or replaced call QVS.

John was quick to respond, and his price and quality of work were excellent. The inspector that came back to check the work said that he was impressed that it was actually done properly, since very frequently he finds that repairs are not. John saved the sale of our home, so we are grateful.

This company is GREAT...and no...I'm not a relative! LOL So refreshing to get a job done perfectly, timely, and professionally for a very fair price! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! They made an appointment to look at the problem, came promptly, provided an estimate within 2 days. We reviewed the proposal with Mr. Bishop to make sure all repairs were included in the price. The work was scheduled, completed in a professional manner. We couldn't be happier with this company's performance.

John Bishop the owner came out and looked at my problem. He said it looked like lightning had struck the tile on the highest part of my roof at the end of the gable. He said he had seen it happen before. He said he could repair the problem with the pieces left of the broken tile and that he also saw some cracked tiles on the other side of the roof when he did his initial inspection. He said he would include the additional charge for these damages in his quote. I received his quote by email. He said he was busy so it may be a couple of weeks but he would contact me with a schedule. He contacted me a couple of weeks later with the schedule. It took 2 days to complete the repairs. He worked in a timely manner and was easy to communicate with. I hired him because of the reviews I saw on Angie's List and I am very happy with the work performed as well as the cost to complete the project. John was easy to get along with and answered all my questions. I would definitely hire this company again. I would also highly recommend this company to other people looking to have a quality job done at a fair price.

I had previously used this company  twice in the last 3 years. Both times were excellent and stuck to their guarantee. I asked for a consultation because I trust him. He only does repairs so would not gain from recommending a new roof. He recommended a new roof vs. repair. I offered to pay for the consultation and he would not accept money. Has always been prompt and  professional. Gives full estimates in writing and answer emails promptly.  Does the work himself. Highly recommend him.

He did an excellent job. He was a very nice man. When he told me he would be here, he was here he worked until he was finished.  He was able to get the correct color of my shingles for the repair.

The owner of the company came out, and he looked at it and gave me an estimate. He said he couldn't do it for a while because he had a long list, so we called him back finally 5 weeks later, and he came back. I really liked him, he was such a good guy, he was late but he apologized, because he had a bunch of people ahead of us. He came, and he did it in 2 days, he was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them and use them again.

Called QVS Roofing and they took my information and told me I would be contacted within a day or so.  I was contacted the next day by John Bishop and we scheduled an appointment for him to come by the next day to look at the problem.  He arrived as scheduled the next day and spent about 25 minutes looking on the roof and where the leak showed in our bathroom.  He knew where the leak was and indicated it was not that uncommon for the leak to occur where it did.  He said he would provide me an estimate and indicated that they were very busy so it might be a few weeks until he could fix it. The next day I received the estimate via e-mail and immediately agreed to have the work done.  10 days later I received an e-mail saying they would be there the following day.  John showed up as scheduled on Friday and worked all day on the roof.  He indicated that things were a bit worse once he removed the old shingles and that it would take a bit longer.  He worked on Saturday to finish the job.  The shingles match perfectly and he did not change the price even though he found more repair required than he originally estimated.  It was a pleasure to deal with him and the work is great.  We have had two sizeable rain storms since then with absolutely no problem.  What a pleasure to deal with especially after having another roofing company tell me I needed an entire roof for $13,000.00.  The roof is older but definitely not ready to be totally replaced.  Thanks for a great job John!

We had found him on Angie’s List. The job turned out to be a little bigger than he thought it would be. However, he stuck exactly to his quote. John Bishop, the owner, is absolutely outstanding! His pricing is very good and is maybe 60% less than what others charge. He takes his time and does the work right. He cleaned up well after the work was complete. I am impressed with the work and have recommended his services to my brother for a roof repair as well.

He responded to my initial contact promptly and quickly gave me a quote.  He was busy so it took a while to get the work done. Since it wasn't urgent, that wasn't a problem. I would call him again.

The service was excellent. The one guy who does the work is very knowledgeable and communicative. He really lets you know what he is doing with the work. John Bishop has done this work for many years and really knows what he is doing. He guarantees his work.
