They said it would be a two day process and it was. They were on time and very professional in my home. I expereinced no problems with them but there service is a little pricy. Their product isn't cheap but it's good quality. I would recommend Purified Air to other people and deffinetly use them again in the future.

AC would not work, I called Purified Air, they came out in about 3 hours and repaired. My AC is up and running.

It is over a month now and this company has money from Wells Fargo for financing and I have a defective Trane unit that does not perform as guaranteed.
