POLCATS IRRIGATION INC

This company was hired by LGI Homes to I stall the irrigation system on my new home. They did such a poor job the builder had them come out twice already to correct, replace, burry and clean up their horrible install job. The owner placed a head on the corner of my drive and the road and was argumentative about removing it when I requested them to do so. Thankfully I did not directly hire them only indirectly through my builder however, warranty of the system may be questionable.

They were terrible!! I tried to contact someone through the given number, and two weeks later someone named Rob called me back, sounded like he was drunk, wouldn't give me his last name. I requested he come back to my home to go over the sprinkler system programming with me....he never came!! In addition, they laid sprinkler pipes along my home where I would dig for my plants!! I planted about 8 inches from my exterior wall and almost broke through their pipes. I would never hire these people.......beware!! I didn't choose them, the builder did. I wish I could get my money back because they were the worst.

Great experience from the estimate through completion. The final bill was as agreed. They even did extras.
