MAXWELL ROOFING

We have had a severe drought in FL and the first heavy rain occurred in May. At that time, rain ran from my ceiling in the kitchen, bringing down paint chips & plaster and leaving a gully in the ceiling. It also ran down the inside interior wall exiting over the door rail. I called Maxwell Roofing the next day, spoke with Pam (receptionist ?), told her about all the water & she said Erik would get back to me. I have called over 8 times in the past 4 weeks and no-one has returned my calls, come to see my home or responded to me in any way. The owner, Mr. Long, or Erick have NEVER called me. I sent them a certified letter which they received on June 13. On June 14, Michael (I don't know his position with the company} called to set up an appt. to view the damage. The first appt. was for 6/15. He never showed up. The second appt. was for 6/16, again a no-show. This co. is totally irresponsible, refusing to talk to me, take responsibility for their work, or inspect the damage they cause.
