Majestic Enterprises was very responsive to our questions and concerns.  The owner and the general manager met with us here at the house one afternoon and we received a bid on the job via e-mail that evening.  Their proposal was very detailed covering all aspects of the job leaving us with virtually no questions other than which tile we would like.  They met us at the local tile store of our choice and helped us make the final decision based on tile quality and appearance.  The job was scheduled to start the following Monday, the workers arrived on time every day, they kept us informed of progress and expectations at every step, the workers were pleasant, courteous, and professional.  The primary tile installer was a perfectionist and very efficient.  The crew cleaned up their work area at the end of every day.  The general manager looked in on the job several times during the project.  The cleaning crew when the job was finished was a particularly nice touch as, of course, there was some dust throughout the house.  Again, that crew was very professional and efficient.

We are very pleased with the results of this project.  The price was in line with other quotes we received and Majestic Enterprises included some aspects (eg. moving all furniture, cleaning the house, removing and disposing of the carpeting, and other construction materials) that were not specified by other contractors.  We highly recommend Majestic Enterprises.

The job started as promised. The demolition crew was meticulous in preparing the adjacent areas to limit the amount of dirt etc. The tile work was fantastic. The manager stopped by frequently to check on the progress and answer any questions we had. Upon completion they sent in a professional cleaning company to clean our entire home. Very impressed.
