Legacy Refinishing

Legacy Refinishing "attempted" to fix some of my furniture that was damaged by Two Men And A Truck and they did a terrible job. All pieces are worse now than they were before. The areas they "repaired" were not finished like the rest of the furniture piece, they are dull and look awful. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH ANYTHING FOR REPAIR. They had my furniture for over 4 weeks and it was returned dirty, some pieces had more damage on them when returned than what was sent to them which means they are careless and do not know what they are doing. My furniture is by Bernhardt and high-end brands. Take your business to a company that cares about doing a good job. Disgusting work and not trustworthy to do a good job. They don't even deserve 1 star. I made several attempts to reach the business but they would not return my phone calls. If the owner wants to do what is right, she should have returned my calls and should refund the money that was paid to her considering West at Two Men And A Truck agreed that this was a bad refinish job and needs to be corrected. I made them aware of the problem on June 21, 2018, several weeks later my furniture is still in need of a better refinish.
