Keith came out and did an estimate to repair two engineered hardwood floors.  Brad and Derick came today, Saturday, and repaired both floors very quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They also explained what they were going to do and showed me at several points what they were doing.  They were very professional. The price was right.  I would call them again if I needed flooring installed. Excellent working team.  Highly recommend Keith and his team.

Keith and his crew were fantastic! He worked with us on the layout of our new flooring suggesting the best type of flooring and also suggesting the company that did the tile removal. Keith suggested pulling up the tile in the kitchen as well seeing how we were already in the throws of a major remodel, it would save us the headache later. We were just going to leave the concrete but he said he would install a piece of linoleum to cover it at no charge (as we plan to have him lay the tile and hardwood at a later date) He worked with the company we ordered the flooring from, picked it up and delivered it a week before so the wood would and quot;adjustand quot; he also picked up the new carpeting for the bedrooms and delivered it. Keith and his crew came in, Pulled all the tack strips up and preped the floor (they had to grind the concrete to even it out- what a messy job!!). The day before the install he personally came and laid the first runs of wood for our floors, we had over 2000 sq ft installed in a wide open floor plan so it had to be straight as it runs diagonal thru the house. His guys showed up on time the next day, worked all day, cleaned up at the end of day one only to begin again on day two. They were finished in 2 days, and my floors are absolutely beautiful. The company we ordered the flooring from shorted the transoms so Keith took care of ordering them and came back to install, he even custom cut the corners to give it a more finished look. My floors are absolutely beautiful, everyone comments on them. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Keith and his crew. A true expert and professional in his field.

The first time Keith came out, he spent quite a bit of time with us discussing the different types of hardwood and bamboo, the advantages of floating vs. glue down flooring, and a few good stores where we could buy the hardwood. We checked out the three stores he recommended, brought samples home, made a decision on the flooring and store we wanted and got on his schedule. After we paid for the flooring, Keith delivered the wood and all the supplies we needed a few days before starting the job. He and his crew arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and completed more than half of the work on the first day. They finished on the second day, made sure the floors looked great, re-installed closet doors, replaced furniture and even helped us cut a few pieces of wood for another project we were working.
Keith, John, CJ and Brad were professional, neat, friendly, and did a beautiful job. We love the new floors and recommend them without hesitation. We did not pay him anything until the job was complete. Keith even offered to returned one box of flooring that we did not need for a refund.

Mr. Keith was professional to the max! His estimate was thorough and accurate. In fact, the total was $1000.00 less than the original quote. That honesty speaks for itself. His highly efficient crew laid the floors with expert precision. He is BBB Accredited, a nice guy overall and highly recommended!
