"[Member Name Removed], I am sorry that you are upset that we cannot do the work for you. No one is "blowing you off" my friend. We are way too far out on the books right now to accept any new work. We don't want to make promises that we can't keep. I find it hard to believe that you could not understand that situation after due consideration. I also find it hard to believe that you can actually rate my company without having any work done by us whatsoever. I find that to be highly irresponsible by anyone to issue a graded comment based on the fact that we have too much work to accept new clients."
