The job Thomas and his crew did was extremely thorough! I was impressed with how knowledable Thomas was and he made sure to answere any questions I had! He was able to explain things in a such an easy to understand what he was saying.I found him very patient and personable. His good sense of humor made it feel like I wasnt like talking to a robot. The whole experience was very pleasant!

The specific project listed above is incorrect--site would not let me make a change. The plumber was called in to replace a tub drain. He arrived on time, gave me a very fair price, and finished the job in less than an hour. I would definitely call him for any other plumbing project in the future.

Thomas was professional, polite and punctual. He did what he said he would do for the amount he quoted upfront....isn't that refreshing for a change? The charges were very reasonable. I certainly will use him again and whole-heartedly recommend his services!
