Adequate. Had to request elimination of unnecessary bends and turns in plumbing, rather than installer naturally installing the most efficient and direct line. Installer made it clear he was not happy with my request.

Bad I was told the line didn't need cleaning the problem was with my septic or leaching field. I called a septic company to pump septic for 270.00. They came out and said the line between the house and septic was deteriorating and clogged. the septic tank was fine. Gator charged me 75.00 to do nothing and cost me a septic cleaning charge. If they would have done what I asked them to do when I hired them I wouldn't have had to go through this ordeal and extra expence.

good. they went out of they way on own time to pick up new wax ring prior to resetting the toilet.

They took care of it. This is the 3rd time I've used Gator.

After checking on Angie's List, I decided to call Gator Drain and Plumbing and thank goodness I did! They came out right away, assessed the problem, which was tree roots grew around and into the pipes! A bit of messy job, although Dan stayed in touch with me until the end, when everything was flowing smoothly, once again! Since then, they have replace a garbage disposal and have become the plumber that I will call! Thanks to Dan and his staff!

From the start it was not going to be an easy job due to where the back-flow was located on the property. However it went smoothly. They showed up at the appointed place and time and the work was accomplished in the time-frame we agreed upon. Dan and his company are great to work with. His crews are polite, well trained and responsive. I now use them for all my plumbing needs.

Great! I think it was 2 people that came out. I am not entirely sure, cause I wasn’t there when it was done, but it was pretty quick. I was not there, so I am not sure how clean they left the area, but I did not hear any complaints from the people that live there. I would tell others that I would use them again.

I called Gator Plumbing and they were there that day and fixed the problem. They were more than fair on the pricing. I have used them ever since and will continue to do.

Gator said a tech would arrive between 4 to 5 pm and he arrived at 7 which is ok ...we understand jobs can get dragged out. The guy had to finish in the dark,totally appreciated him but was pretty stunned at the price. Normally it's $80 to $100 to repair a copper pipe.......Gator price was $250

Gator arrived earlier than the appointment time. Being without water, that was very welcomed. We had water again at a fair price. Nice people.

He was on time. Worked fast and was very clean.

Gator Drain and Plumbing were very quick and efficient. They came within the time frame quoted and got both jobs done. They came out back in April and I still haven't had any problem with either sink where before they were both reoccurring issues. I was very impressed with the plumber Steve that they sent out, he was very knowledgeable and filled us in on why we had issues in the first place and what he was doing to fix them. I called again yesterday to get a new toilet installed and not only did the staff remember me but they made sure to get someone out to my house the very next day.

Great folks. Responded immediately. No hard sell tactics but made key suggestions in regard to needed upgrades that would result in increased efficiency for the whole project. Everyone was friendly, professional, on time & a pleasure to work with. I might add that the project presented some difficult challenges that were dealt with by the staff through good old fashioned HARD WORK.

Gator Drain and Plumbing far exceeded my expectations for excellent customer service. I am an out of town owner of rental property. Kelley coordinated the scheduling with the tenant. Kelley kept me updated throughout each step of the repair process, and more importantly, emailed clear photos before and after completion. A home warranty company was also involved, and Kelley handled the coordination of activities necessary to get authorizations approved. The company is professional, a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend their work.

Gator Drain and Plumbing were so professional from start to finish.  I received a timely appointment from Kelley, they called to confirm the appointment and were on time.  Dan examined how the water softener company had installed my system.  Good system, bad installation which left me with a maze of pipes visible from the street on the outside of my garage.  He removed the pipes and fixed the interior and exterior and relocated my system by the water heater and installed a loop.  This was a $1000 lesson to always use a plumber when dealing with water. I will definitely be using Dan from Gator Drain and Plumbing for all my plumbing needs going forward.

They did it on time,hand dug the trench and filled in perfectly with minimum disruption to the garden.
