FLORIDA PAINTERS

Excellent. We got a good amount of bids from various painters including A rated from Angie's List. They were a competitive bid. They did a great job. The guys were helpful and friendly and our house looks beautiful. Thanks Florida Painters!

Everything was excellent.  Two years later it still looks like new!

It was outstanding, just outstanding. The weather was in our favor yesterday and today!  They arrived promptly yesterday morning to begin moving what was necessary, (we had moved some of the patio furniture ourselves), and power washed the entire house. They covered all shrubs and moved mulch away from the building in order to paint all the way down to the bottom of the house. They then taped all the windows for the trim, covered the outside TV we have in the lanai completely w/plastic, removed the outside wall decorations and clock, removed the speakers on the wall and wiped them down for us,  and the crew of six began to roll the paint onto the building.  Other painters proceeded to caulk where necessary and patch some cracks where necessary before painting those surfaces.  Some folks were painting trim and just finishing the odds and ends. They worked until about 3:30 and returned the next day to paint the exterior doors, garage door, and even spiffed up the black paint on the house numbers. They completely covered everything on those doors so that the mini-sprayer they use on those surfaces stays exactly where they want it to cover.  They cleaned up every day, and took all the tape garbage w/them.  They used the Sherwin William paint that is required here and left us the unused portion, which is minimal.  
David, the foreman is very very good and his crew is just superb workers. Carlos came w/the other two painters, on time, this morning to finish the doors, as stated above, and they are just so accommodating, and conscientious about what they do. We couldn't be happier with their work. 
We would highly recommend them to anyone. They are fair in their pricing, they do everything they promise on the contract, they are on time, and although I did find one small spot that needed caulking they gladly did it right away, painted over it, and no questions asked. 
Josh has guaranteed the paint against peeling and washing away in the upcoming rains. Should this happen, (other folks in the community have had no problems), they will paint the surface again. They did a magnificent job trimming out the windows because we have storm shutters on there and they painted that trim perfectly. Again, we would not hesitate to recommend Florida Painters for house painting and another neighbor recently hired them to do inside painting also. He said they did another excellent job.
