I had become frustrated with the "name brand" services where I never knew who was going to clean my house. They would arrive late, it would be inconsistent cleaning from week to week and I felt like I had to train a new person everything they came. Dawns is a family business and she arrived with her husband to assist and went right to work -very professional and knew what she was doing so it didn't take a lot of explaining. I first had her do a deep clean and I was impressed with attention to detail and her open and honest attitude that allowed me to provide feedback and get the job done the way I wanted. I now have her come bi-weekly. My other experiences were always they had a checklist and that's what they did no matter what you needed done. I have cats and I have to have someone who understands pets and would not get them too upset. Dawns arrives with all of their own equipment and supplies and she works very steady with few breaks which means they get in and out quickly. I pay $80 every two weeks for her service (obviously, prices will vary on size of house, depth of cleaning, etc). She has made it possible for me to start entertaining again which I gave up after my mobility declined.
