I thought this woman was trying to gaslight me by telling me things I knew were not true. She pretended to be the one who sold me the unit and proceeded to explain that it was out of warranty. I failed to see how any of that was relevant. I did not purchase the water heater from her and it did not matter if it were out of warranty. I paid them to fix it and they did not. I caught her in a lie. I caught them in a lie.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Our hot water tank was leaking on a Sunday and DMP's office was closed due to a funeral in their family. I had guests arriving on Wed. DMP returned my call and told me they'd arrive on Wed if they could locate a replacement tank. Wednesday noon a pluming crew arrived & by 2pm we had a new tank installed. True customer service. Extra "Thanks" for Thanksgiving Day!

Home Advisor comes through for me again! Mrs. Miller from David Miller plumbing promptly responded to my request for information. She was able to give me a quote to remove, purchase and install 2 toilet bowls over the phone. Most other companies required someone to respond for the estimate. This saved time. I knew what model we wanted and they gave us a competitive price. Mahesh and May responded and simultaneously installed the two toilet bowls in a short period of time. They were neat, professional and very kind. I am very satisfied with their work and recommend people use this company. God bless our essential workforce and keep them safe.
