Intermittent internet and I chatted with them twice. Both times they didn't send someone to the line to fix it. We have had this problem for years but they are the only company with decent speed.

It went very well. As expected, the calls I made had a waiting period for a human being, but I can imagine a company this size would have to charge a huge fee for telephone assistance if we all wanted or expected a human to answeer the phone. That said, the ffirst person asked for my concerns, and determined I neede3d to discuss problem with a Wi=Fi expert and it turns out Comcast has now set up a department of professionals. My experience with them was wonderful. Patient and professional, and interested in answering my concerns. That issue resolved well. The fella wwas able to fix the problem but recommended I go to the local Comcast customer service location (I have one relatively near) and replace my modem. I did this, and at that location I took a number, waited maybe 10 minutes, and was given a new box. I went home, called the number provided and the modem was set up. Very efficient. When I had further issues, I contacted Comcast once again, and it was determined that the new box was not performing correctly and I exchanged that one with the newer model I was lucky go get (something the previous fella had said I should try to get, but turns out you get whatever they give you!) . Now all is working perfectly.

There were definitely a few hiccups as the technician could not seem to activate the modem but acted professionally throughout the process. Ultimately, after calling the central office he was able to activate my account with no more issues. I do think it is a bit much that such a high fee is charged for installation though, a service a believe really should be complimentary.

Our internet, TV, and our phone are bundled together through Comcast. We haven't really had any problems - and if we have had, they have been responsive.

Unfortunately we don't have a choice because we are up on a hill so we can't get a dish. The people that work for them are very nice but their office set up is just deplorable. They have one office in Spokane and maybe one in the tri-cities which cover the entire east side of the state. We have to take a number when we go in the office whether it is for a simple or complex issue. If they have to come out, they give us either morning or afternoon.

They offer the best service and their package is the most reasonable among other companies.

I have subscribed to the bundled services the very first time they were offered. They are a little pricey but they are responsive.

The cables that they use are not of sufficient quality. Their feed was not good. I had to cancel it.

I had a dish network for years. When I moved to Danville, the guy came to my door and talked me into switching to Comcast. He gave me $99 for internet, home phone, and TV. I asked him how much would that go up, and he said not over $20. The very first month, it went triple. I ended up keeping their services for the last 3 years and it's a constant struggle. You have to call and argue for the price to bring the price down to where I can afford it. Every time they would say that, this would be the last time and I don't have to call back again, which I have to always do. The problem I have got with them now is that I have a Samsung TV and internet on the TV, so you are supposed to be able to see some of the service on the TV. I tried to get that particular app. They are the only provider that does not cover Samsung TV. When I called, they said they don't have this service for my Samsung TV. I am now with a new provider. They were supposed to call me back last Friday and talk to their manager. The employee didn't call me back, which isn't the first time. They are not just my favorite people. They charge you for every little box you have. The service guys are here on time.

It's a good service.

I use them for my internet and house phone. I also have cable with them. I've had the internet 12 years and the phone 2-3 years. I've never had any problem with them, including the speed. They are the only cable and internet service in the area. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

They are okay. They just raise their prices and I don't get a whole lot much more services. I spent $60 a month for their service. They are not exceptional, but okay.

The guys have been pretty good when they came out. You have to spend a half hour working your way through the phone.

I have been using them for 8 years. They give absolutely wonderful phone service. The internet is really fast. I do not think I have had any problems with it. They will talk to me until I have fixed whatever is wrong. Sometimes, they will send someone out. However, they are terribly expensive.

Comcast is ok. Luckily we have not needed to call them and when we do it's a painful experience, getting the right person. I have never had a great experience with cable companies and this one is no different.

Its pretty good service. The price is a little high but I prefer cable to satellite.

We have been using them for probably 20 years or more. It's kind of expensive just for the cable and Internet. We have contacted them a couple of times for customer service. We are satisfied with their service.

Their customer care service is fantastic. Their pricing is a little high, but it is worth it. Their call center representatives are not pushy at all and are always pleasant. I have used them for internet and when I got a laptop they sent me a free wireless router. They have worked with me over the last year and a half with their pricing so that I can continue to have their services while I'm out of work.
