Brent checked out the capacitor and compressor and found the compressor was burnt out. A new compressor could have been installed but that would only give one year of warranty. A new unit carried 5 years of warranty. I chose the new unit.
Brent Air Conditioning is highly recommended by many residents at our condominium. Brent explains things well. He came when he said he was coming and rescheduled a maintenance to get me fit in first because I had no air conditioning. Brent is very competent, honest, and thorough.
I want to give Brent Air Conditioning the best possible rating. I was very impressed with the service.
