BMG Plumbing

Called BMG to have leaking water heater replaced. Was completed by plumber same day. Work was excellent. Called BMG on 5/7/2018 asking person who answered phone to scan and email copy of invoice as I was doing my taxes and original invoice was misplaced during move from one house to another. Unlike appliance repair company that I use that I received copy of invoice emailed to me within 15 minutes of calling them, I waited for 3 days without receiving copy of invoice, I texted person who answered phone that their response would be reflected in my review. "Poof", instantly received copy of handwritten invoice via text. Evidently this company is living in dark ages unable to copy and scan invoice nor have invoice computerized. Text with person on phone ended up going downhill from there with person calling me an aXXhole and a dingus (whatever that means). Quite UNPROFESSIONAL as I see it, having been a former owner of three different businesses. I won't hire this company again for numerous duplexes I own but you make your own decision.

Showed up ta week late ,Rushed the job wanted to be paided BEFORE job was done HORRABLE  Company! Would NEVER call them back RIPPED US OFF!!!!

All went very well.  He will not sell you anything you dont need, is very honest,  will use him again and again, he will do any job that needs doing, very dependable and reasonable.  We have had him many times and he does a great job.
