This detailing was a gift for my birthday. Mike was the ultimate professional. He emailed me with timing updates; then was very responsive with my follow up questions. He arrived when he said he would and was careful to not be in the way of any activities. The day he detailed my car was a tough one for my family as we had to put down our 18-year old dog; Mike was kind, sympathetic and courteous and even remembered to wish me a happy birthday. That went a long way. He was also very responsive to my questions the day after my car was detailed. I have already recommended Amazing Auto Detailing to one co-worker and I'm sure will do so to others. Overall, I found the entire experience extremely easy which is very important to me and, of course, was very pleased with the quality of Mike's work.

These guys, Mike and John, are incredible. They detailed all my vehicles, including my 2007 black Ford F-150 P/U and I can honestly say I've never seen results as good as these. All three looked like they just came off the car lot....fantastic! They were at my home bright and early, as scheduled, and set up their tents so the sun would not be a problem for them. They were here for approximately six hours and never stopped. It was hot that day but they just kept on working. Mike is the owner and he is very easy to work with. I had a lot of dog hair in my truck and they got it all out. When they were through, you couldn't tell if the windows were up or down. That's how clean they were. I had to pay extra for the dog hair and because my truck is black but it was well worth it. I fully intend to use them again.

Mike and his associate come over to my house and detailed the exterior of my three (3) cars. They did a great job, were prompt, and very professional. One of my cars is black and had horrible swirl marks on it from a previous wax job; Mike was able to remove all of these marks and the car looks like new. I will definitely use this provider again in the future.

Excellent. He took a little under 3 hours to complete the job. It was great having the work done at my home. I had a few stains that I could not get out and he removed them very easily. He takes pride in his work and my van glistens inside and out. He was punctual and easy to speak with; he accessed what needed to be cleaned and did the work without trying to add on additional services that were not needed. The actual cost was under his estimate because I do take very good car of my van. I recommend his services and will use him again.

Volvo S40: Car was in good condition considering its age. Michael and his co-worker made it look SO much better! Car was completely cleaned inside and out. All superficial scratches (car is black and really shows) were removed. The job exceeded my expectations. Michael did point out a few areas on the exterior which could not be fixed but that is more than expected in an 11 year old vehicle. Lexus RX450h: Superficial scratches on mocha colored paint were all removed. Car had been detailed previously at the Lexus dealer but they did not remove any of them! Michael was a delight to work with. We communicated via e-mail and phone prior to my appointment. He and his co-worker were punctual, very friendly, professional, hard working and answered all questions that I had. The cost was probably about 30% more than what you would pay at a car wash but the job cannot compare. That is why I gave a and quot;Band quot; rather than an and quot;Aand quot; for price. I would recommend them without reservation.

Every nook and cranny was cleaned except for where the gas filler cap is. The engine compartment was not touched at my request. I was a little disappointed with the finish left on the car, both interior and exterior. I washed the car today for the first time since the professional cleaning and the water did not bead as I would expect. As for the interior, I see no sign that anything like Armour All was used. All the surfaces are clean. But no shine. The job on the plastic exterior was good. The wax that I had gotten onto the plastic exterior surfaces was gone. Overall, the job was good but not excellent. I'm sure I could have gotten a better price for the results. I paid using a credit card which was taken over the phone which did make me a bit nervous but I received my credit card bill last week and the price was what I was told it would be: $190 for the general cleaning plus $25 for removal of the wax from the plastic exterior surfaces plus tax. I did have to provide the credit card number twice for some reason.
