"Hi, This is Mike the Owner of Amazing Auto Detailing - Mobile Services LLC My only wish you had contacted me directly as we guarantee customer satisfaction and would happily come back to your home for free to correct anything that you were not 100% satisfied with, so long as it was covered in your service description. In this case we do not apply armor all to any interior ever, especially not plastics. Armor All is an unsatisfactory product and is intended for real vinyl and rubber and is very slippery, it also does not provide protection as advertised. It is actually a dirt trap and attracts dust and dirt. It also creates a greasy like slippery surface that could cause you to lose your grip of the steering wheel. It actually becomes a liability for us. As far as the gas fill compartment goes, for some reason we could not get it to open. I had mentioned this to you on the phone, perhaps you forgot. Generally this get cleaned. I am very confused and disappointed by this review, although you gave us a B rating Your initial reply by phone was that you were overly excited and overall very pleased with our service. We used a high grade teflon based sealant instead of paste wax because of the overall condition of your paint upon arrival. Your vehicles exterior condition was very poor. I actually have before and after pictures of your vehicle should you want me to send them to you. It looked Amazing. Your vehicle was a 7 on a scale of 1 - 10 ( 10 being the dirtiest) It was obviously the dog park car or recreational vehicle not to mention the dog throw up that was in the cup holders. (GROSS) however we did our job and your interior looked brand new. We did not even charge you for the Enzyme removal and only charged you and additional $25.00 to remove 1 hours worth of wax applied to the exterior plastic surfaces by someone else and to apply "plastic renew" to all of the exterior plastic surfaces which on a Honda Element makes up for 50% of the exterior surfaces, Over all I actually gave you a 10% discount and charged you a verified $215.00 plus a 3% card (convenience) fee which was explained to you over the phone. Generally we do not provide services to first time or new customers whom are not home, for this reason alone. We do not like to leave until we know you are happy. In this case with over 20 years experience on the job and 6 man hours (3 hours with 2 men) we were satisfied when we left that you would be happy. As a matter of fact your neighbor came over and expressed how impressed he was. I thought perhaps you asked him to check it out. One more thing. It is absolutely impossible that your vehicle did not bead up when you washed it unless you used something other than a mild car washing agent. I use the same product on my work truck once per year and on thousands of other cars and trucks over the years and provide repeat services for allot of our customers a year or less later and all of those cars still bead up. Again I am very confused. Please call me, Email me and I will personally come fix anything you are not happy with. However if this is a false claim you will be charged for our repeat service. We also are a Better Business Bureau Member and maintain an A rating and have never had a complaint since we became a member. Online customer reviews can help or hurt a small business such as mine. Please think twice before leaving a negative review. How can one complain and then give us a B rating? It is a contradiction to begin with. As to why you needed to give me your card info twice? Well i simply wrote it down wrong. Your other option was to pay online and save yourself 3% as well as enter your info once. (again not relevant). Thanks for reading my reply.
