Mandy Massara - the owner and groomer for this company - is awesome! She was not only gentle but great in handling both dogs - neither of which had ever been shaved before and don't like being bathed. But within short order they were listening to her and letting her do what she needed to do, and she took her time making sure that she did a job well done. Mandy is also quite knowledgeable in her field and if asked, will offer up great advice. She is much more than a groomer - having experience in all areas of pet care. I was extremely pleased with her services and will not only call her again, but will refer her to others!!!
