TCP Pools

I am in the process of selling my home and....without thinking.....I cancelled my pool service. Much to my chagrin...the pool turned green in about 7 days. My realtor was furious with me, since we had showings scheduled during the coming week! I called my regular pool service back and due to unforeseen circumstances, they were unable to help me out. I googled pool services and found James Sterlace, owner/operator of TCP Pools. James came to my rescue!! He even went out of his way to travel out of his usual service area to come to my rescue! He came the SAME day I called him and assured me he would have the pool in perfect shape in 2-3 days. He was very professional in his demeanor, but most impressive to me was his assurance that he would take care of the problem! True to his word....I went back to check on the pool the next day and he had already been there for the 2nd step of the clean-up process and the pool looked beautiful!! I can't tell you how reassuring it is to have someone take charge of a situation and make it happen exactly how he said it would happen! I highly recommend James and his company...he was prompt, professional, courteous and very reassuring.
