Horrible. Prior to engaging them I interviewed the owner, Daniel. I asked about quality workmanship including tight fitting joints, not sloppy caulked filled joints. He assured me that his company did quality work. It turned out he was completely full of BULL. Many of the joints were no where near tight, filled with caulk to make up for poor workmanship. Two of the counter tops were installed so bad that Daniel came and removed them and re-installed them. He still had lots of unacceptable caulk filling the joints. The under mount sink has as much as a 3/8" lip and the lip is not uniform around the sink. The installers broke one riser on the high boy counter. They broke the 2nd riser they tried to install. Both of the risers fit the space. The second riser broke when the installer tried to force the electrical boxes in place with a hammer. The third riser was not cut correctly, wide on one side and tapering on the other. One side would not fit in and the other side had over a 1/4" gap. I did not accept it but it did no good as my other complaints did no good. They shimmed the counter to reduce the gap, still wide and the bottom of the riser did not tightly touch the counter. As is their modus operandi "lots of caulk and all is ok". I pointed out that the electrical boxes in the riser stuck out and the cover plates had a large gap between the riser and the plate. They ignored me and left. I had also pointed out that they were supposed to have replaced the over size cover plates with regular size ones as they had changed to over size after they broke the original riser. (They tried to cover up the break). They did not change to regular size cover plates. I have requested my money back but I am sure I will be ignored as the rest of my complaints have been ignored.
